Chief Executive Officer
Elizabeth Latham, MSN, FNP-C
Elizabeth began her career in health care in 1988, earning her BSN from Northern Arizona University. Since then, she has earned her MSN and FNP from Northern Arizona University. Currently, she is pursuing her doctorate degree in Health Science (DHS) from A.T. Still University. Elizabeth has worked in varied health care settings, including four years as the nursing supervisor for the Healthy Family/Healthy Babies program at the Coconino County, Arizona, Department of Public Health and three years as the Clinical Support Director for Canyonlands Healthcare. Elizabeth has been serving in the role of CEO for three years. She believes in the mission of community health centers and their focus of creating greater access to quality health care for our underserved communities.

Chief Operation Officer
Christopher Hansen, MHA
Christopher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Utah University and a Master of Health Administration degree from A.T. Still University–School of Health Management. He has completed course work for an MBA from Southern Utah University and George Washington University. Christopher has also completed the Johnson & Johnson/UCLA Health Care Executive Program. Prior to working for Canyonlands Healthcare, Christopher worked as the Executive Director for the Enterprise Valley Medical Clinic in Enterprise, Utah and as the Administrator for Southwest Eye Institute & Shadow Mountain Surgery Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Christopher appreciates the work of community health centers and the challenges and rewards involved. He is proud to be associated with an organization that brings vitally needed health services to our underserved communities in Arizona.

Chief Financial Officer
Jaree Chambers, BS
Jaree earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Central State University, Edmond, Oklahoma in 1987, with a major in Accounting. Jaree has been affiliated with Canyonlands Healthcare since 2003 serving in the role of CFO. Among her areas of expertise are financial/capital strategic planning, Medicare cost reporting, Medicare PPS, the development and implementation of financial policies, contract negotiations, and RFP development. When asked why Jaree is drawn to the work of community health care centers, she states that she is proud to know that she and her staff make a difference in the lives of so many. Jaree appreciates the learning opportunity that comes with managing the finance and accounting department, stating, "There is always something new to learn."

Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Janeen Bjork
Dr. Bjork attended the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington, graduating in 1999. From 1999 – 2002, Dr. Bjork completed her Family Medicine Residency at Family Medicine Spokane in Spokane, Washington. Dr. Bjork is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and has been practicing at Canyonlands Healthcare since September 2002. Dr. Bjork's practice is full-spectrum family medicine including obstetrics. Dr. Bjork enjoys the rewarding work of serving our communities and is committed to providing compassionate, culturally competent and comprehensive health care to all patients served by Canyonlands.

Dental Director
Dr. James Doll
James attended Brigham Young University and graduation in May 2005 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in German. He then attended AT Still University – School of Health Management graduating in 2008 with a Certificate in Dental Public Health. In 2009 he graduated from Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health with a Doctor of Dental Medicine. He completed his dental rotation at Salt Lake City Community Health Centers, Inc, Salt Lake City, Utah; Community External Outreach of Arizona, Mesa Arizona; Central Arizona Shelter Society Dental Clinic, Phoenix, Arizona; VA Medical Center Dental Clinic, Phoenix, AZ; and Choptank Community Health Centers, Federalsburg, Maryland. James received his certification through the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners. James joined the dental staff at Canyonlands-Beaver Dam in July 2009.

Human Resources Director
Barbara Dennis, BS, LPN, PHR
Barbara was awarded her vocational nursing diploma in Redlands, California in 1997, graduating with honors and was the recipient of many special awards. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science degree in Management from California Coast University in 2002. After that, Barbara held the positions of Office Manager for the Visiting Nurse Association of the Inland Counties in Riverside, California, Human Resources Manager for the Grand Canyon Railway in Williams, Arizona, the Director of Human Resources at Vista Guidance Centers in Redlands, California and prior to her current position, was the Quality Improvement Manager for Canyonlands. Barbara was awarded her certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in January 2011. While she enjoys all aspects of Human Resources Management, Barbara believes that her true passion is in the area of employee relations and strives to ensure Canyonlands is a fun, safe, and welcoming place for all staff to fulfill their career objectives. Barbara's dual knowledge in the fields of both nursing and human resources have proved to be such a benefit to Canyonlands. Barbara is a true believer in the mission of community health centers and understands the important link between qualified, engaged employees and outstanding, quality patient-centered care.
